Meet the Prices

Melvin and Elsa Price have been in the goat farm business for over 5 years.

It all began when when Melvin read an article about a banker in Louisville who had a goat herd and was encouraging others to get involved in the goat business.

To stay current in this field, the Prices attended the American Kiko Goat Association in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 2008 and in Ft. Scott, Kansas in 2008 where  there they obtained the FAMACHA certification for goat health.

Additionally, Elsa attended the Master Goat Producer's Certification Program held at Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, AL. August 4-6 2008.
